How do I book a stay at Woof Hotel?
Booking is simple! You can use our online contact form, send us an email, or give us a call to check availability for your preferred dates. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance during holiday seasons.
What are the drop-off and pickup hours?
We maintain a peaceful space for our furry guests by hosting arrivals daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with early pickups by 3:00 PM. Kindly share your check-in time so we can prep for your pup’s visit or have them ready for hugs.
What should I bring for my dog's stay?
We encourage you to bring your dog's regular food to avoid dietary upsets, a comfortable leash, and any necessary medications with clear instructions. We provide high-quality bedding and bowls, but a favorite small toy is always welcome.
What are the health requirements for dogs?
The safety of our guests is paramount. All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations. We also require that all guests are on a regular flea and tick preventative program.
Do you accommodate dogs with special needs?
Absolutely. We are experienced in handling senior dogs and those requiring routine oral or topical medications. Please provide detailed information about your pet's specific requirements during the booking process so we can prepare accordingly.
Can I visit the facility before booking?
We love showing off our boutique hotel! Tours are available by appointment to ensure we can give you our full attention without disrupting the dogs currently in our care. Contact us to schedule a time that works for you.
