Projects & Advocacy
This page is where I share the projects I'm working on and the causes I care about. From creating resources for people with celiac disease to exploring new ideas, I want to use what I've learned from my own experiences to help others. I'm still figuring things out as I go, but I hope the work I share here can make a difference, even in small ways.

Celiac Compass
Celiac Compass is a resource Rayna is developing to help people with celiac disease, especially those who are newly diagnosed, feel more informed, supported, and confident navigating everyday life. This project is a work in progress, aimed at providing practical advice and community support.

Why It Matters
Advocacy is about more than just raising awareness; it’s about making sure reliable information is accessible and that nobody has to navigate these challenges alone. Sharing my experiences and the resources I discover is my way of staying grounded and helpful. I care about this because I know how isolating a new diagnosis can feel, and even small efforts to provide support and clarity can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day-to-day life.
